La familia real aparece en el balcón tras minuto de silencio por víctimas de incendio en Londres (fotos)

La reina Isabel II y miembros de la realeza celebraron el sábado el cumpleaños oficial número 91 de la monarca británica, con el desfile militar anual “Trooping the Colour” o “Desfile del estandarte”.

Cientos de simpatizantes asistieron a la ceremonia en el corazón de Londres, beneficiados por un día soleado. La reina y su marido, el príncipe Felipe, montaron un carruaje abierto hacia el palacio de Buckingham, donde presenciaron la ceremonia desde un balcón.

El príncipe Guillermo y el príncipe Carlos llegaron atrás, montando a caballo. La esposa de Guillermo, Kate, y la esposa de Carlos, Camila, llegaron en otro carruaje con el príncipe Enrique.





Como es la tradición, la reina celebra su cumpleaños oficial en junio cuando hay mejor tiempo, a diferencia de abril, el mes real de su nacimiento.

El día comenzó con un tono sombrío cuando Isabel II y Felipe observaron un minuto de silencio en honor a las víctimas del incendio de una torre de apartamentos en Londres.
